• Collaborate with the product planning team to understand the features, benefits, and unique selling points of digital products, and develop appropriate media messaging.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital ads, social media, email, SEO/SEM, etc.) to attract, activate, and retain users.
• Create content and work with designers to produce product communication materials such as landing pages, emails, and user guides; analyze user behavior and performance data to optimize experience and results.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, coordinate with relevant departments, support branches/customers/partners, and handle other tasks as assigned by managers.

Requirements:

• Age: 22–30
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing Communications, PR, Advertising, etc.
• Fluency in Korean
• Good teamwork and communication skills (especially with development and business teams)
• Experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing and related fields
• Knowledge of digital or proficiency in English is a plus
